Cut the vegetables and fry them in a pan. Your task is to make only the crust, and then they will be cooked together with the noodles.

Boil water and pour boiling water over noodles separately in a pan or bowl for 1-2 minutes, drain and mix with vegetables.

Add soy sauce and pearls of grape vinegar, so the dish will acquire a sweet and spicy taste. Mix evenly and immediately transfer to plates.
