Cooking method

Prepare the dressing: mix melted butter with pressed garlic, chopped dill, parsley and anchovy fillets until smooth.

Wash and dry the shells. Using a short-bladed knife, carefully open them, being careful not to spill any of the oyster juice.

Cut the oysters from the shell on both sides, mix with the dressing and place on a sheet lined with parchment, and bake for 5-7 minutes in the oven at 200-220°C.

Serve garnished with FruitES pearls of lime and yuzu, which will add “sourness” to your dish.

Top with CaviarES Pearls to create a rich seafood flavor.
