Each product is represented by several images, as well as a description that corresponds to reality. CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL is not responsible for deviations related to the characteristics or resolution of the user’s or client’s device.

After confirmation of the purchase, the order will be shipped by the contracted transport agency.

After the purchase, the customer can request changes to the order, if it has not yet been processed and is in transit, by contacting CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES with the order number.

CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL reserves the right to reject the order of any customer who has not previously complied with the terms of purchase.

The purchase procedure will be considered completed when the customer confirms it and CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL will take full control.

 

Availability

Stock is limited. Products available at that time will be displayed on the website.

In case of problems with the stock of the ordered product, CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL will inform the customer as soon as possible.

The purchase contract between CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL and the customer will be concluded after checking the availability of the product in stock, debiting the corresponding amount from the credit card and after the customer receives the confirmation of the order from CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL.

 

Prices and payment methods

Prices include statutory taxes (VAT) and are shown in Euros (EUR).

CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL reserves the right to change the prices of the products advertised on its website at any time and without prior notice. The customer must pay the price displayed at the time of confirmation of his order.

Payments on our website are securely processed through the Stripe payment service. When placing your order, you will be redirected to the Stripe platform to complete your payment. We offer the following options to finalize your purchase:

Shipment and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3 to 4 days from the time of purchase.
All deliveries are handled by SEUR courier service, ensuring a cold chain is maintained throughout the entire delivery to preserve proper temperature conditions.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €50!

Shipping for orders up to 50 euros is calculated according to postal service rates, with a minimum cost of 6.21 euros.

Delivery times are approximate, CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL offers the following estimates:

Peninsula: Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 are delivered within 24 hours (until 13:30). After this time, they will be delivered within 48 hours (by 1:30 p.m.), unless the purchase is made on a Thursday after 12:00 a.m., as Saturdays are not delivered. In this case, the order will be delivered the following Tuesday (before 1:30 p.m.).

Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week (before 1:30pm) so we can ensure that the cold chain is not broken.

Orders placed on national and/or community/city of Madrid holidays that fall on a business day will be processed the following day.

Canary and Balearic Islands: no departures to the islands.

Shipping costs are described during the purchase process before confirming the order depending on the volume and destination.

Departures are not made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays according to the Spanish calendar and/or Community of Madrid.

In case of product loss through the transport company, CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL will resend it free of charge for the buyer after the fact has been investigated.

When making a purchase, the customer undertakes to sign the sales receipt provided at the time of delivery of the order, in which he may include any comments he deems appropriate, always leaving a record of the condition in which he received his purchase. The customer confirms receipt of the order upon request, specifying the condition in which it was delivered.
