Changes

Delivery costs due to an unjustified change are borne by the buyer.

To make an exchange, the customer must contact CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL informing them of their intention to exchange the product for another product within 14 days of receiving the product.

In the event that the return results in a difference in the purchase amount in favor of CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL, the customer will pay the difference.

In the event that the return creates a difference in favor of the customer, CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL will reimburse the customer for the specified amount using the same payment method used to place the order.

 

Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order. To exercise this right, the customer must notify CAPS FOOD.

SYSTEMS ES SL about your decision to cancel the purchase to info@capsfoodsystemses.com and attach the form below with the necessary data. Example form.

If the customer cancels the purchase contract, he or she bears the costs of returning the order. The customer will be refunded all payments, including the cost of delivery, within 14 days from the moment when CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES was notified of its decision. These refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer used to make the purchase. The refund will be processed within 30 days.

In case of return of goods belonging to several orders, the shipping cost is not refunded.

Products must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges are not accepted if items are returned incomplete, damaged or opened.

Return shipping costs, customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs are more than the value of the item to be returned, you will be charged the balance.

CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL guarantees the authenticity and high quality of its products.

It is strictly forbidden to copy or reproduce, in whole or in part, any textual and/or graphic content presented on the CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL website without prior and express consent.

The order is governed by the terms and conditions in effect on the date and time of placement by the client.

The contract of sale between the client and CAPS FOOD SYSTEMS ES SL is governed by Spanish law.
